Undertook an evaluation and case study of the Food and Commodity Tracking System (FACTS), a collaborative software development initiative involving Aspiration, Microsoft and a number of aid NGOs. Looked at how partnership, development and training issues were handled and at future steps that could be taken to increase software adoption.
